I got my sound engineering degree at Universidad Tecnologica Vicente Perez Rosales in Santiago of Chile. After spending a few years working in the industry (sound reinforcement, sound system design, and post production for radio broadcasting), I moved to the U. S. in 2004. Once there, I gained more experience and knowledge working as a sound technician at Elliot Hall of Music, in West Lafayette, IN.
In 2007, I entered the M.F.A. program at Purdue University, where I developed a whole new perspective of my role as an artist, and I was finally able to put to practice all my potential.
I moved back to Chile in 2011. Since then, I've worked as an assistant professor at Duoc UC, teaching Acoustics and Sound Design. Also, I co-founded NubeRoja Films in 2017, where I work as Director of Sound Design, Supervising Sound Editor and Screen Writer.
